IKA Results connects directly to each courier's API, so dispatch works the same no matter who carries the box. Out of the box we integrate NZ Couriers and Aramex (Fastway) — and if you use another courier, we'll build that integration too. The carrier is chosen from the customer's record or overridden per order, and mixed shipments across carriers on the one packing line are no problem.
When an order is dispatched, IKA Results calls the carrier's API with the delivery address, items and service level, and gets back a consignment number, tracking reference and freight cost. It stores them against the order and can send the customer an SMS with their tracking number — all in one action.
